Review: Barely blue, not enough liquid inside, penguins don’t float - This liquid-timer thing does not work as advertised. One side of the hourglass is missing a significant amount of fluid, ruining the effect. The blue liquid just kinda rolls along the inside wall of the shape. The penguins don’t float. So the penguin often blocks the exit to the other half when you flip it because it rests on the hole. Also, it’s not the color that is on the pictures. It’s a washed out indigo. There are little black flecks in it. The plastic is cloudy and it feels like there’s a film of oil on the outside. Pretty dissatisfied, tbh. Definitely not worth the price. I just confirmed—there is some liquid (oil?) already leaking out and leaving residue on the shelf. It hasn’t been dropped or meddled with in any way.
