It got my grill to 600 degrees. Don't waste time messing with old rusty burners and crossover tubes with clogged holes like I did, this should be a no brainer. Review: I'm surprized and very happy with this kit. - I knew this kit came with burners, which is what I needed. I had no idea it came with EVERYTHING. I was happily surprised. This kit came with 3 new burners and that funky crossbar that allows the first burner to ignite the second and third ones. It also came with those pesky little screws that anchor the burners in place (I had to use a propane blowtorch to get the old ones out). AND the complete igniter: the push-button, the igniter body, all cables, and the actually plastic / spark creating piece that anchors onto the first burner. And the five flavor bars. From start to finish it took me about 90 minutes to tear apart and reassemble the grill with the new components (Weber spirit 3-burner). It would have gone faster if those three original screws weren't so difficult to remove (I needed a propane torch to get them loose.) After some WD-40, the new ones went in like butter. I'm sure Weber will scoff at this being after-market, but every single component fit perfectly. The igniter wires were a little different from the originals, but again, if you're a DIYer you'll figure it out in 30 seconds. Bottom line, this kit *is* for a DIYer. If you aren't, you'll probably get a little frustrated, or bend something. Just get some disposable gloves and some clothes you won't mind getting dirty, and have at it. This kit is great and is the sort of tune-up that gave my grill a second lease on life. I was really trying to avoid having to get a completely new grill. My grill is already 8 years old. This refurb along with a good cleaning, rust treatment and paint, I think I'll get at least four or five more years of life out of it. Bottom line, I'd recommend this kit. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Simple and affordable repair *by C***W on September 15, 2026* These burner tubes worked perfectly and were very easy to install. Note to installer: It is not necessary to take the front panel off. Just pull the old ones out from in the grill and there is enough play in the starter line to unclip the starter from the burner. To remove the clip you need to slide the clip back towards you as you hold the burner tube. There are two small tabs on either side of the starter that you will need to pry up a bit for it to slide all the way back. Then just position the new burner tube in place and snap the starter in the new tube. That's it.
