Review: So far so good! - I've only had this product for a week. it came a day early which was nice. we set it up on a 3 inch stone base and it's the perfect height between the windows. We have the pump on the lowest setting and it doesn't seem to spill or overflow at all. it was easy setup and functions just as it should. I didn't pay full price for this item. I bought it as a new and used product and it's completely perfect. All the lights work the pump works it's has a beautiful sound. We connected it to a timer box like the one you'd use for Christmas lights and it turns it on in the evening it runs perfectly fine connected to the Box. It has been quite hot here lately so we've had to refill it but it's a small issue and something that's going to be expected. We just buy a few gallons of distilled water. It's essentially as simple as setting up a fish tank you plug the pump in you fill it with water and plug it in. It has beautiful lighting and we love the reflective glow on the house.

I've only had this product for a week. it came a day early which was nice. we set it up on a 3 inch stone base and it's the perfect height between the windows. ### ⭐ Not at all worth the money!

Less than two months after installation, with only limited operation (not more than 10 hours), the pump went. My electrician fixed the pump, and it kept going for a few months before it went again. My electrician fixed it again. Now, the unit does not appear to hold water -- it apparently is leaking at the base -- and so is not working at all. The rock effect, light and water were nice effects in my roof deck, but I did not even get two seasons out of the fountain. That combined with the fact that, as many others have noted, I had to frequently fill the water, means that this was a complete waste of money for the fountain and installation. The product is really not fit for its intended purpose.
