I also coated the ceiling of the roof inside where I had detected the leak . I put my potting tray under where I had put it to catch water and after 3 days of very heave rain NO LEAK. It wound have cost a great deal more if I had got a man in to do it! Not bad for a 70 year old granny I am very happy. Oh yes as stated in several reviews just throw out the brush and wear rubber gloves and tale great care up the ladder!
