I found my gas cylinder was impossible to remove despite all the videos that show how to knock it out. No go. Then I saw new casters - already mine were coated in dirt and didn't roll well at all. Saw these - and noticed the height of the wheels, another inch on the diameter. So here we are, new wheels installed in seconds. They have increased the height of the chair enough to be viable, the extra size on these makes a big difference. The only problem now, is they are SO SMOOTH rolling - I know my office floor has the slightest angle towards one wall - literally my chair just rolls (silently) - as if no resistance. I can deal with that, but I had to write a review to say just how well these castors are made - large, silent, smooth. Not their fault I don't have a completely level floor! Very happy, even though having to pull myself back to the desk occasionally!
