Review: Pure Date Syrup - This date syrup is phenomenal. Pure flavor with just the right amount of sweetness. It's made from a different date variety (deglet noor), which doesn't spike the glycemic index compared to sweeter date varieties; my gut and overall health is much happier with this product compared to other date syrups I've tried before. Like one reviewer noted, this product does have a different safety seal than we may be used to in the USA (no paper seal underneath the lid).. however, this product is from Europe, so that standards are different. My family and I have been consuming it for years without any issues. There is still a plastic safety seal on the outside that comes off once you open the lid, anyway. I will continue only buying from this brand, and I highly recommend it.

This date syrup is phenomenal. Pure flavor with just the right amount of sweetness.
