I am very picky with my pillows because I have a bad neck and I can never seem to find a good pillow. But I tried this pillow because it had everything I was looking for and the price was great! You get two of them and they are absolutely awesome.! normally I would need to lay on two pillows to try and get comfortable but with these pillows I just lay on one and I wake up with no neck pain. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great pillow, BUT.....

I have used this pillow for 2 nights now, The first night was ridiculously HOT - I woke up soaking wet. I flipped the pillow over and was fine the rest of the night. Then last night, before I went to bed, I made sure I was on the "cool" side before I layed my head on it. After about 10 minutes laying there, it was already hot, like encasing me in heat.. So I again flipped the pillow... and I stayed cool most of the night. I have not slept through the night in over a year, Now last night I slept decently - Did I still wake up, yes, but not because I was stupid hot for the first time in a year. The pillow itself is very comfortable and it came with extra cushoning if I want to add or remove some. I like it just the way it is. It does come out of the box shrink wrapped - it is flat, it took me all of 5 minutes of fluffing it to get it to triple in size. The queen size is a great fit for me, I am a side sleeper to start then flip and turn all night, with this pillow I fall asleep and change positions maybe once or twice a night - better than 5-10 that was previously my regular night. The fabric of the outer case is very soft and I find it very cool to the touch, HOWEVER.... as I said before the "cool" side about cooked me alive, but once I flipped the pillow - it was about perfect. I think they sewed my "cool side - Soft side" tag on backwards.. That is why it got 4 stars instead of 5. The quality is great, but I'm pretty sure the attention to detail slipped through.
