It's cute, comfortable, and work-appropriate. Before I bought it, I read reviews about the white collar getting stained when washed. I washed the dress by hand first, keeping the collar out of the water, and managed to get most of the excess color out before washing in the washer with not one, but two color catcher sheets The collar survived, though it is now a slightly light grey and it still looks great. The color is even and it's not splotchy so I'm greatful for that. But if you want that collar to remain white, it's not detachable and you may have an issue. Also, I bought a medium and I'm a curvy 157 lb 5'6" gal with most of my weight on the bottom.
