**Q: How do these hold up against ninja attacks?**
A: This was my favorite site when I was a little boy. Mainly because I thought ninjas were super awesome and powerful. But now, I had the opportunity remember this site. I usually had trouble visiting this because the ninjas were too powerful. But now that I 100% ordered these gloves, I can grate my vegetables, and defend against those powerful ninjas. realultimatepower. Net best site for ninjas, but much safer now with the gloves ;)

**Q: Would they work to protect from getting nicked or cute for a band saw?**
A: I doubt it will but can't say for sure. I've purchased mine for regular use on a kitchen mandolin and it provides great protection in this regard. However it may not be 100% resistant to cuts from a band saw and similar types machinery. I say this based on one person's review where they placed a carrot in one of the fingers of the glove and when they ran it down the mandolin, it cut right off.

A: Yes, both gloves are ambidextrous.

**Q: Are both gloves in the pair fitting the same hand, meaning are they both R-handed or L-handed, or R+L? Only one hand, whatever is dominant, matters...**
A: Both gloves will work on either hand.

Replying to Ian, who wondered when you might need to protect only your dominant hand: when using a kitchen mandolin. My ungloved non-dominant hand holds the handle, while my gloved dominant hand slides the vegetables over the blade.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Okay, pretty cool now...

First Review: "No complaints or praises yet"... The gloves arrived very quickly and they fit me well enough to be content with them. Since they are teflon, I didn't expect fantastic comfort or a soft feel, but they are not uncomfortable. I'm not sure what rating to give these gloves because I have only used them once without any accidents that would make the gloves useful. Until I actually have an accident or try to cut myself, there is no way to know how effective the gloves are or are not. I have never had another pair of gloves that make this claim, so I have nothing to compare them to either. I give them 3 stars because 4 seems too high for not having any thing praiseworthy to say yet and two is obviously too negative for no complaints. While I am not normally one to say much about this, it sometimes becomes annoying to get emails from vendors begging for a review or making the "help me because I'm a small business" plea. This is one of those businesses that you will get these emails from. If they don't bother you, so be it. If they do, then you are informed in advance and now can just expect it. Here is what you'll see: "Like most small businesses, we're very fragile and need your support to thrive. And while other (bigger) companies spend tons of money on ads and marketing, we've grown organically through word of mouth on a shoestring marketing budget. So, if you are happy with the gloves and as a personal favor to me, please take a few minutes out of your day to support us by leaving a 5 star product review." Okay, so last thing here.... I don't know this person from Adam, so why would he ask me to do him a personal favor? Just sayin'! UPDATE: So, a good time for testing these gloves came along when Thanksgiving Day arrived. It was time to carve the turkey and that is usually a slick and dangerous event for me. This year I put the gloves on and was able to hold onto the turkey and slice the bird with my electric knife. I was apprehensive at first, but then quickly realized that I was able to handle the bird without slipping and have the protection from cuts at the same time! It was fantastic and made the job easier and safer than it had ever been. Also, as for cleaning the gloves, I'm not afraid to get the gloves messy with food and then throw them into the washing machine to clean them for the next time. Seems to be working fine. Still only 4 stars because I haven't really tried to cut myself and still cannot attest to the true "no cut" effectiveness. I'll save that for the next review when the unfortunate occasion happens.
