Great quality material, plus the stitching is well done. Lots of inside pockets with zippers. Top of the line zippers. Outside zipper has metal tassels that you can use a small lock. Stands straight up and will not fall over when empty. You can add a couple of thick medical books and many other items at the same time. With lots of junk inside it doesn't appear to look over loaded. I ordered the dark gray and it is beautiful!!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ WOW... I bought this for traveling and needed something not too big but big enough to hold all my items for travel. I have a spinal cord injury so a smaller lighter bag was required. It fits my 10.5 inch iPad pro, phone, wallet, keys, water flask, glasses, pouch of personal items and STILL has plenty of room for flip flops and a couple of shirts. It came package in a dust cover for when not in use, a warrenty card, and two scent bags which I won't be using because I don't care for lavender scent, but it was a nice gesture. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of zipper pockets in the main compartment. It is lightweight compared to a genuine leather bag which is nice. The material seems well made and stitching is nice. The zippers are metal and appear to be strong but smooth. I added a natural fox pom pom to mine which I love! It would be nice to have extra clasp or rings on the back pack straps to hold them in place and out of the way when carrying this as a purse or cross body. Also it didn't have any small sections for pens or a key leash. If this bag had those items I could give it 5 stars. The one-year warranty was one of the main things that caught my eye when purchasing. Many of the other bags that I saw had reviews where the straps had broken and nothing could be done. I don’t feel that the straps on this bag would break as they are sturdy, but I know that even if they did, the company would have my back.It is large enough for me to carry my large Bible, a devotional book, a novel (300+ pages), a notebook, and a water bottle. This doesn’t include the outer pockets in which I store my essential oils. I put my iPhone XS Max in the out zip up pouch.I am beyond impressed with this bag.I got the grey and it is beautiful!The only downside is that the straps aren’t the most comfortable, but it’s not that noticeable at all.
