**Q: What is the use for the 2 O-rings and leather pads?**
A: Some cameras have slots on the side where you attach your camera strap.  Some have loops.  The 2 rings are to attach to the camera rings and the pads are to be placed between the rings and the camera to prevent scratching the camera.  Do not use them if you have a slot on your camera.

**Q: How heavy a camera/lens combination will this support?**
A: Mine is 2 1/4 lbs.

**Q: Can a Sony neck strap fit into the buckle**
A: Dear customer, as we mentioned in the description, please make sure your strap width <=11mm.

**Q: What is the difference between the medium and big size? It looks like medium doesn't come with metal rings and leather protector. Any dimension differ**
A: Got these for my Canon 5D MKIV. The big ones. Came with the rings
