For starters, removing the old grab handle is easier with two tools, as shown in the video. I found it easier to stick the removal tools in the rounded hinge end of the cover, rather than at the top like they show in the video. Also, once the cover is suffiently loose, I was able to get the handle off with a good yank. One other thing you should be aware of once you remove the handle, the old clips can be difficult to remove. They are spring metal, and if you aren’t careful with them, they will fly off your needle nose pliers into the body of the car (which happened to me). I’m not sure where it went, but it doesn’t seem to be rattling, so I just left it. Installing the cover is relatively straightforward in comparison. Make sure you push the white plastic pieces straight in - not at an angle. I would recommend using a magnetic tipped Philips head screwdriver (with a long handle, so you hand doesn’t block your view). Otherwise, holding the cover open and starting the screw can be a little tricky. Once you get it in, this is a quality piece, worthy of your German car. They even provide small plastic tabs to cover the exposed screw heads, not that you can really see them anyways. Lots of attention to detail. I gave it five stars, because it is not their fault that the old handle is hard to get out. As far as sunglasses go, be aware that the holder works better with flat sunglasses than curved ones. Also it’s a little harder to remove the handle then they say or make it look and sound. I’m not sure if it was because I didn’t have the tools in my package to kind of help with removal. I broke the first piece on handle cover trying to figure out how to remove it. That was for sure disappointing but it does fit nicely on my 2012 Audi a4.
