Previous DG machines have made the best coffee I'd ever tasted and I recently replaced with a recent model, to find that across the range the flavour was slightly less perfect for my taste, but I'm not that particular and I like the idea of one-pod drinks - buying 16 pods and only getting 8 drinks is quite an expensive way of doing things. But I was interested to see that most of the Italian reviews were favourable and decided to try. They do need two pods for a full mug and are far from perfect, but overall I find them quite acceptable and good value for money ### ⭐ Will not buy again *by G***L on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 3 November 2021* These capsules are not fit for purpose. The flavour is good on the odd occasion that they actually work in the machine. I have three different Dolce Gusto machines and have tried the pods in all of them. Frequently they just stop working after a few seconds and I cannot remove the pod from the machine for a long while - I do not want to force and break my machine. - or alternatively they just explode the contents all over the place.
