## Questions & Answers

**Q: how long do you marinate split chicken leg quarters ?**
A: I use it mainly for Pernil. But since it's citrus-based it will cook/ tenderize anything you use it on. If I was to use it on chicken I would say maybe marinate like 2 hours or so so get good flavore. The longer you marinate the more flavore you impart...  Have fun! Happy cooking!!

**Q: How long does this keep in the refrigerator after opening?**
A: Months/ However, I have not done a "taste test" to check, but I've used it after many months with no problem.

**Q: Can you use this to make ceviche?**
A: I would say yes, but the recipes vary. They use lemons., limes & acidic marinade (naranja a

This is a great product if you cannot get Sour Oranges. I think that it is better than trying to make a citrus mixture. I do recommend that you look around at your local grocery store as I recently found this product substantially cheaper plus no shipping charges. But I do recommend this for Mayan or Cuban pork slow cooking.
