Excellent flavor and a fairly good consistency, it does not crystallize and therefore I will continue buying it since not only is it a good product but it also has a very special flavor. Shipping is fast and it comes with a seal on its lid that makes it very difficult for it to open during its journey to its destination and spill the honey.
