I had ordered this jacket, and the customer service was great. They took good care to ensure the perfect fit. I can only recommend to take advantage of this good communication. Just be careful to submit the proper measurements.The leather is fine. Not super-soft, but of good quality. I actually improved it right away by applying "Cherry blossom leather care" treatment when I got the jacket, and it is real nice now.The design is very nice indeed.I had read previous feedback from customers, and one negative one said that the jacket didn't fit.That seems strange to me, because they really do great custom-sizing.I am very buxom with a small waist, and this jacket look FABULOUS.
