It holds the shape and gives great support and doesn’t deflate with time, our flight took 13 hours. This had the perfect height for a make shift bed for my son. Review: Good air cushion. Poor air pump (as shipped). - The air cushion holds air well. I'm please with it so far. Like other users have mentioned, the hand pump didn't work at all. It was shipped with the wrong size O-ring. I picked up a 1.5"/1.75"/0.125" O-ring at the local hardware store for $1.25. The hand pump works perfectly now... inflates on both push and pull. The engineer designed the pump perfectly only to be felled by a poor parts orderer. If you don't want to spend the $1.25, send the pump to the land fill.

Bought this product to avoid my feet from swelling during long travels. It definitely did the job, easy to inflate by mouth (pump provided is utterly useless. Takes too long and atleast mine made weird noise). Quick to deflate too. Folds easily. Definitely good buy.
