**Q: Is this product food-based or petroleum based?**
A: I would expect this is a product made by fermentation. Making this from scratch with petroleum based materials would be far too expensive and have a lot of contamination from non-reactive organic species. In addition, the bottle says it’s vegetarian.

**Q: Can the capsules be opened up?**
A: Yes. They are regular gel capsules. You can open them up and add them to water or juice if you are having difficulty swallowing pills.

**Q: Does this have corn or soy**
A: No, this product does not contain corn or soy.

**Q: I have read/heard that cellulose is wood pulp/saw dust. Is this what is in the B6 supplement?**
A: Designs for Health is a reputable company with integrity.  While I am not an employee, it is preposterous to believe they would put wood pulp in any of their products.
