Due to the fact that I've never owned, or operated an induction cooker, I would strongly recommend calling tech support from the manufacturer of each product. I looked at some induction cookers, and saw one that was a double element, rated at 1200 watts per element. That would be a total of 3600 watts. You inverter should be able to handle that, leaving you with 400 watts of extra surge power, in addition to the extra surge power your inverter already has on hand. Be sure to only turn one element on at a time, while you could still run both at the same time. Once again, I would urge you to call tech support from both products for additional info. If tech support isn't any help, then I would recommend starting off with a single element, least costly, lower wattage model, until your confident in what you're doing!
