It is best not to send phantom to a dynamic because if the phantom is unbalanced a bit (broken cable, dirty pins etc.) you move the diaphragm of the capsule. So I wouldn't worry about it because the chance of actually doing damage is very small. The info on Ribbon mics is important to remember because Phantom will damage classic ribbon mics.
