Review: I’d recommend it to friends - I take this consistently everyday. I take one pill instead of 2 two because that’s enough for me. I have a reminder on my phone so it’s easy to remember, plus I can tell when I forget. I think it’s a good value. It’s high quality, I like that’s it’s KSM-66 because there’s some/more research behind it. To me the effect is that I feel more capable of letting minor stressors go and handling major stressors. Definitely helps with mental clarity.

KSM 66 is different from the normal stuff thats for sure! It didnt provide me with the extra oomph while working out or higher energy levels in the day but it seemed to have more of an effect on my sleep. All in all serves a purpose but is a different thing from just the normal ashwaganda supplement. Still a great tool to help improve sleep and maximize your biohacking!
