**Q: In the description says light medium heavy but when you want order is s m l so which is what? it’s confusing for me. thanks!**
A: Small is for heavy as its more tight to pull,medium is inbetween and L is light as the band is larger so not so tight. Hope this helps!

**Q: The packaging on the black bands said “men” on it. Are the black ones specifically for men?**
A: Hi so I bought the black bands (not seeing that the were specific to "men") I choose them because I wasn't keen on girly pink ha ha  I bought the medium and heavy.  I train glutes about three times a week at the gym so wanted good quality strength glute bands and they are, there is no worry that they will slacken off any time soon, like my previous glute band did.  In my opinion if you are just starting out with glute bands maybe go for light and medium.  Hope this helps!

**Q: What resistance, in kg or lbs, does the heavy band provide?**
A: I am not sure but the black one is very tough. I am a trained person and using the black one for example to do side banded squat is a challenge!!!So all good I use the other two together to improve to the black one
