I thought I'd already done a review so if this is a duplicate I apologize.A friend liked the first one of these I had so well that I gave it to him for his birthday. His birthday was coming up the day after we were playing golf so I just handed it to him at the end of the day.It's really easy/quick to install taking just a few seconds to get mounted. It's also easy to adjust; easy to get the Garmin in and out of; and easy to fold up for storage in the golf bag. It's works very, very well. You can tilt and turn the mount bracket to position the Garmin display about any way you like. I have no concerns about it holding the Garmin securely enough.The photo is a little misleading though. It appears that the chrome bracket arm is about the size of a drinking straw; it's not. Apparently the reflection on top creates a shadow on the bottom half of the arm in the picture. The arm is maybe 8mm dia. or so. Don't worry, it's sturdy enough.I'd suggest getting a small drawstring bag (I use a brown one that some Blantons's Bourbon came in) to store the mount. That way you can toss the bag in the front of the cart as a reminder to get your mount off the cart.
