**Q: Could this be rolled into a spring shape? I need a lot of small springs for a "bobble head" like project and do not want to pay a fortune.**
A: Absolutely.  Though it may be easier and cheaper to buy a lot of springs the size you need.  Most hardware stores carry a good selection.  Amazon carries them as well, but I would imagine you would have to see the size and feel the spring rate for yourself.
