It’s the only pillow that allows me to comfortably, and I mean comfortably, sleep upright on a plane or in a car (I don’t feel safe sleeping with the seat reclined very much).It looks and feels like wearing a neck brace but it’s very comfortable. You can still turn your head if need be and drink from a bottle of water (although not really from an open cup). It’s higher in front which allows your face to rest on the front supports which keeps your head from bobbing as you nap.The reason I’m giving it four stars rather than five is because it doesn’t adjust quite small enough for me. It only comes as one size as although I’m an average size woman the Velcro closure on its smallest setting is still a bit too big. They're quite large and don't play nice with other neck pillows. In that aspect this neck pillow works great as it has the cut outs for the headphones.In other aspects it does fall support a bit. It doesn't offer much support, your head.It's quite squishy.
