I would give it 5 stars but I basically can only use 1 band. The small is way to small for any adult, the medium fits like a small & the large is too big to use. So basically I can really only use one band but they are durable, they do slide up a little at times but the don’t scrunch up.The resistance could be a bit less & rather than small, medium, large they should be heavy, medium & light. They should be about the resistance not the size.
