I ordered this Manfrotto Spinner bag and several different Pelican cases to see what might fit my lens. I ended up with this bag to transport my Nikon 400mm f/2.8 lens after trying out the Pelican cases that were not big enough. This rolling bag doesn't have the amount of padding that a pelican case has, but I believe it is sufficiently snug, and the case is not too heavy allowing me to easily lift it into the overhead bin on a Boeing 737. I'm not sure if it would fit on a smaller plane such as an Embraer 175 and might need to be checked below into cargo which I would not do.Inside the bag are multiple padded dividers which allow you to conform the bag to your personal specifications. There is ample room for my Nikon Z8 camera body attached to the lens, plus I can nest small items such as batteries, cards, etc around the camera and lens. The front zipper pocket is large enough to store my 13" MacBook Pro laptop, and the 4 wheel spinner style of the bag makes walking through airports and narrow airline aisles a breeze. This bag will not compare to the Pelican in regards to heavy use, durability and thick cushioning, and I certainly wouldn't check the bag in cargo, but to transport in hand as a carry-on, it fits my needs well. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great luggage *by E***N on July 24, 2023* I returned it - it was too small for all the gears I carry.
