Gives me all the extra nutrients I need as a busy mom. Does not make me nauseous or gassy as some other brands. I personally don't have any issues swallowing, even if it is a big pill as most multivitamins are. Is a great and affordable product without any extra, unnecessary ingredients.

I've been taking these 3 out of the 5.5 months of being pregnant. The switch was mainly because I didn't want to take so many vitamins in one day (the last one I took required 3 tablets a day and it was just too much to keep up with). I could not stand the taste of these vitamins. Since they're a good size I would pop one in and mentally prepare to swallow. These vitamins disolve quickly and I kept gagging them up because of the taste. Thankfully organic chocolate milk masks the flavor for me so I haven't had anymore issues with taking them. I do also take fish oil supplements as well (2 a day) so I technically take 3 tablets total which was a lot better than the 7 I started with. Lol so far I feel great on them. I take them first thing in the morning and take a snack afterwards. No stomach issues. I have noticed my breast feel engorged when taking these consistently so I'm curious whether they'll help with breastfeeding. Crossing my fingers!
