I have a very small (50 gallon) frog pond in a corner of my garden. This is a perfect product for it. No need to run an extension cord. The battery is charged up enough even on a cloudy day to run into the evening - preventing mosquitos from settling on the pond. It starts up about an hour after the sun rises on a clear day. The panel is constructed well, with a nice stake arrangement that allows you to adjust the panel's angle. It works best at 45 degrees, facing south.
