I believe my cover is for a 20L aquarium. I don't know if the size of the door varies by the size of the cover or not. **Q: Will this work on a zoomed 20 long tank?** A: yes it should fit. I believe 20gal long has the same dimensions for a lid (my 37gallon tall is just deeper). I do not need clips. The frame is more substantial than the plain screen top I had before. My tank's dimensions are length 30 1/4 width 12 1/2 and the top fits snug. I have small lizards , so if your lizard is strong you might need clips because of that extra half inch, but what you buy in the stores for a 20long is the same top you buy for mine. Hope this helps.
