It's also latex-free for any of you with that allergy (the Stillpoint is too). Another factor was some people said the Stillpoint tips over or squishes flat. This is heavy & solid enough for flawless stability and I am sure it will outlive me. Excellent quality in every way. I am glad with my choice!I like putting it on the wall and leaning my shoulder & neck muscles into one of the bumps! I used to do this with a softball but it would squirt out & bounce down the hallway way too often and punched holes in the drywall by point-loading the pressure. This is so much less stressful! It does not move and does not harm the wall!As for my craniosacral blahdee blah stuff... I have been lying on this and the SacroWedgy every day for 2 weeks and to be honest I don't feel any changes. My chiro thinks I am a little easier to adjust but nothing dramatic. My SI and my skull-neck joint (forget the name!) are problem areas (always twisted & jammed up, tough to mobilize) so I really believe this setup is what I need. I have been dealing with these joint issues for many years so I imagine it will take a long time to change. That seems to be a common cause of dissatisfaction. They say to put it just down from the edge of the skull so I think I am doing it right. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Headaches? Do yourself a favor a buy this! *by J***P on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on November 28, 2016* For years I was treated for migraines but the frequency was increasing and none of the 4 preventive medications I was prescribed helped much. Then, in my own research, I discovered a condition called occipital neuralgia and it was like a light bulb went off! Armed with this new information, off to my neurologist I went, who agreed and switched my medication to one that treated occipital neuralgia. I started seeing a chiropractor as well, but quit after 5 visits and being told I needed to buy only his supplements (at a cost of $55 when I found the identical ones here for $26) and to take 15 (yes you read that right) of the $40 krill oil pills a day that I was currently taking until they were gone, and then I could buy his $90 ones that lasted a month. Anyway...in those 5 visits I felt that what helped me the most was a device called a denneroll. Off I went to search for it. Seemingly it can't be obtained if you don't have the letters DC behind your name, so I "settled" for this. To my surprise it was even better! The 2 mounds on it really press into the areas at the base of your neck where it's needed most. The day I received it I woke up with a minor headache (which for me often tends to develop into a major one), went to church, and when I came back this had been delivered. I laid on it for maybe 7 minutes and by the time I was done the headache was literally GONE! This has literally been a lifesaver for me. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic Trigger Point Tool! *by K***T on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on April 20, 2017* After getting my neck massage block, I discontinued my physical therapy. I put the massage block on each area of my neck from top to bottom. At first I did this for about 60 seconds per area. Then after the trigger points are released, I do my neck stretches given to me by the physical therapist. After using the neck massage block even my massage therapist notice that my neck had much less muscle spasms than before, and I noticed that I am able to turn my head with less restriction. Start slow and increase your time and pressure; it is best not to do too much too fast or you may be sore. There are recommendations on the Massage Blocks Website. I did try two tennis balls in a sock, although that helped, there was no comparison to the massage block.
