Excellent reisitance to: AMMONIA LIQUID 28%, CYCLOHEXANOL, DIBUTYL PHTHALATE, ETHYLENE SULFOXIDE, GASOLINE, HEXANE, HYDROCHLORIC ACID 20%, HYDROCHLORIC ACID 37%, ISOPROPYL ALCOHOL, KEROSENE, NAPTHA, PENTANE, PHOSPHORIC ACID, POTASSIUM HYDROXIDE, SODIUM HYDROXIDE 20%, STODDARD SOLVENT, TURPENTINE OIL. Good reisitance to: SULPHURIC ACID 20%. Acceptable reisitance to: DIMETHYL GLYCOL, ETHYL ALCOHOL, METHYL ALCOHOL, SULPHURIC ACID 80%. **Q: See a lot of reviews on aquarium use... what about salt water? Any bad effects on the tanks at all? Or completely safe for tank use? Thanks the help**
A: Not sure. I used these gloves at work to clean out caustic tanks and never had a problem with leakage. Would most likely work well as long as you rinsed them off after use.

**Q: I spend 5 hours a day washing heavy duty pots and pans....are these gloves leak proof (protect me from water)?**
A: Don't ever put in the dryer. That's when they will begin to leak. So try not to get wet inside glove.

**Q: Are they Heat Resistant ?**
A: They are heat resistant. But after extended exposure heat will be dispersed throughout the glove causing the inside to become like a sauna.  having said that I can dunk my hand and a sponge into 212 degree water without  much discomfort.

These are great quality and actually fit my hands. I'm a 5'7" woman so most glove don't fit but these in small are perfect. I can actually reach to the bottom of the tank and move things without fear of getting wet and cut. They are grippy on the outside and very thick plastic or whatever on the outside. There is also a layer of fabric inside that makes the gloves nice to wear, not like plastic gloves that feel instantly slimy.

Great gloves, easy on/off compared to others, and they fit over sleeves without a problem. I do a lot of Tie Dye, and I keep a 5 gallon bucket of Soda Ash for soaking the items prior to dyeing. These gloves are great for adding and removing items even from the bottom of the bucket. Rinse off well, and then I just clip them on a skirt hanger over the sink to dry. Seem to be holding up very well with lots of use. If they ever do wear out, I would definitely hope to be able to replace them with the same gloves.
