## Description

DIRECTIONS: Beat 1 lb of royal icing mix with 1/3 cup of water in a stand mixer for 1 min at medium speed. Scrape mixing bowl and beater with a spatula to ensure complete mixing. Beat for another 1 min at medium speed. For a softer consistency, add an additional 1 teaspoon of water and beat. Continue to add water, 1 teaspoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached. For a firmer consistency, add an additional 1 tablespoon of confectioner’s sugar and beat. Continue to add sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
