A: Hi Dana, this is a good question! The thickness of the clear side is 3 mil and the embossed side is 11 mil. Thanks to the 10-year experience of manufacturing vacuum sealer bags, we can make these bags thin and clear while maintaining similar mechanical toughness with the 4 mil bags out there.

A: Just one side.  The other side is smooth.

A: Hi Rob, under this product page, the size of the rolls is 8 inches wide and 50 feet long. So the width is set and the length can be set by you with a cutter or simply scissors as you like. Cut it, seal one end, put your food in it, vacuum and seal it, done!
