That is to say, an infrared heater, with a long cord, in a roll cage, that will work with a standard breaker and 120v outlet. This ticks all of those boxes, and is fairly sturdy, to boot. It also has a covered switch for better weatherproofing. I'm using this in the garage, and on the deck for outdoor gatherings. It's not excessively powerful, but you'll definitely feel it if you're within a few feet. For context, I'm using this in the northeast, and the garage gets quite cold in the winter. Pretty much a lifesaver if you like crawling on your back on a piece of cardboard to fix cars in the wintertime.
