Review: Makes a huge difference in soft sand - I had this yard cart that I seldom used, I thought maybe it would make a fair beach cart, it had smaller plastic wheels, it was difficult to pull/push in soft sand. I had to get a longer axle, I used a scrap piece of 1/2 copper pipe, 1/2 metal conduit might work. The wheels made a big difference. I opted for an open box purchase, hey ten bucks is ten bucks, you could tell it had been open, but it was all there.

I had this yard cart that I seldom used, I thought maybe it would make a fair beach cart, it had smaller plastic wheels, it was difficult to pull/push in soft sand. I had to get a longer axle, I used a scrap piece of 1/2 copper pipe, 1/2 metal conduit might work. The wheels made a big difference.
