Packit has Velcro and the flap won’t stay shut when using the strap whereas the yeti one has a little buckle of sorts which will then stay closed. It’s a steep price to pay however it’s functionality and design is well thought through. I wish it only cost $30 at max though but that’s they yeti clout. **Q: What size of yeti ice pack fits?** A: Although the 2 will fit the 1 is more than enough to keep a standard meal cool until lunchtime. I have food containers that are 8 x 6.5 x 2.7 inches / 32 oz and this bag and can fit 2 with a flat ice pack between them and still close well. I like the hook closing because it allows the bag to have a little more give as opposed to zippers. If you store it in the fridge before you use it, the coolness lasts quite a while too.
