Preheat your iron to the maximum, then place the patch on the desired spot and iron over the patch with pressure for 60 seconds. You don’t have to sew patch on or use further fabric glue, hot-melt adhesive film on each patch is very durable by itself. CAUTION: Do not apply patches using hair straighteners or other heating objects, only use an iron.

A: 100% cotton, polyamide adhesive

**Q: Can these be used on trainers?**
A: I don't see how you could iron these on to trainers. I used these on trousers and the glue came unstuck after a while.

**Q: Would you be able to use these to draw on and apply to backpacks etc? What would you use to draw on them?**
A: If you use the right pens/paint for materials I don't see why not.

**Q: Can these be used to strengthen the inner thigh in clothes (to help with chaffing wear)?**
A: Yes, that is what I used them for and they did work but the edges come unstuck very quickly unfortunately
