**Q: What are the shoes in the picture resting on?
Glass? Perspex? Or is it a bad photoshop and they're actually floating mid-air?**
A: They are sitting on the two bars that’s it no glass or Perspex

**Q: is it easy to take down and store?**
A: yes, simple the components come apart individually or in a bag, so they are all together.

**Q: Is the 32cm dimension correct? On the diagram it seems to be quite out of scale considering the 120cm dimension.**
A: Both rails come in 2 part once fixed together the height can’t be adjusted it becomes a solid unit very sturdy

**Q: Do the clothes on both the rails hit each other is there enough space in between that they don’t bang or touch**
A: They may touch a little, but not so much that it makes hanging on both rails a problem at all.

Fab rail! Really sturdy if you put it together properly, just remember not to tighten the bolts fully until the end, like it says in instructions. Looks pretty stylish too.

would be 5 stars but the rails feel very easy to move out of balance. not easy to move position. and i do believe that an extra inch or two in width would make all the difference to stability. otherwise happy with this.

I have now ordered two of these clothes rails.I found the assembly easy and instructions were very clear. It was good that extra screws were included. Once assembled they were very sturdy and served their purpose well.
