Because I get too excited when I get something and then later on it's not as good as I thought. First of all I'm going to say this cup keeps my coffee hot all the while in drinking it, usually i make my coffee at 4:00am before I go to work and it's hot by the time I'm done with it like around 7:00 or 8:00 the only thing that you have to be aware of with this cup is the lid.
