The neckline and sleeves are very cute, but sizing is too small. My sister is tiny. She can wear kids clothing in large (14-16 or so), and wears small to x small size 4 or 6 in womens. I bought her a size small and it was toooooooo small. The shoulders fit perfectly, but it's too tight across the the chest and waist. I think a medium would have been too small for her, but the shoulders would be too wide then. She kept the blouse, but not sure how much she will enjoy wearing it. She's wearing it under a jumper.
