There is a safety seal on top of the bottle to show they have not been tampered with. (If this seal is broken don't use the product).These capsules are high strength and instructions say to take one per day but being B12 deficient, I have been taking 2 per day. They taste a bit strange but the flavour goes away with a glass of wate and they are easy to swallow even without the water. I have been noticing that I am less tired whilst I've been taking these and I can put up with the taste so will carry on taking them. I usually feel totally drained by 3pm but I don't experience that problem when taking this supplement. They are priced similar to other products on the market. If you fell that they work (as I do) then the price is irrelevant.
