**Q: How do I reach the owner of this company? I don’t see any contact information anywhere**

**Q: on average how long will it take to complete a 12x16? thinking about doing for a craft at an event for adults**
A: I have done a simple one for myself, 12x16 inches, but not very complex in lines and numbers. It took me 2 days (a weekend). About 4 to 6 hours a day.

**Q: Can you do pictures of landscapes?**
A: I think you can use a photo of anything. I found that the seller's conversion program does not produce an exact likeness of the photo. The colors are not always correct and the painting looks "art deco." I did not get a painting that looked exactly like the photo I submitted. But the product is acceptable and useable.

**Q: Will wedding pics on the beach turn out? There are a lot of light colors with the sand and outfits**
A: If you are looking for detail I would say no.  If you like abstract realism type art, leaning toward impressionism I think it would be lovely.

I rarely write reviews for companies, but this company not only has wonderful, quality products, but it also stands strong on customer service skills. We order the custom paintings often for our daughter, and one came to us with a computer glitch, we aren't sure what happened. When I reached out to the company, they responded immediately and sent a new product out right away. Product quality is always important, but ethics and customer care are just as important. The quality of the products is wonderful, the paints are always fresh (not dried out) and match the color of the picture very well. We've ordered from other companies, and this company stands out from the others.

Cant believe how amazing this is. Im new to Paint by numbers and when i stumbled on this awesome gift idea, decided i should practice on something less important before starting this project, so i purchased some simpler projects to play around with first. When i first tried with other brands, i couldnt get the paint to cover and was terrified this had been a stupid idea and i would never be able to make it look good. Then, THIS product arrived and i decided to dig in. Cant believe the quality...i love the shaded backgrounds, it makes it so much easier to see what youre doing. And shall we talk about the paint? I dont know how its such a big difference, but this is HIGH quality paint...its much thinner than the other brands (no need to add flow), it flows right on, but despite being so thin, the coverage is 10x better. My numbers and lines dont show thru!! With the other brands, i was having to use white acrylic sharpie, which is a pain in the rear. This paint flows and covers perfectly!! Im also extremely impressed with the artistry involved in turning this pic into a paint by numbers format. Does not seem like an easy process and i think they did an amazing job. I couldnt be happier with my purchase and cant wait to decide what picture to send them next!! (Maybe something simpler...im TERRIFIED I will ruin this once i get to the faces, but that wont be the fault of the oroduct ;-) Would also love to be able to purchase paint direct from these folks...just cant express the quality here.

This Paint By Number was super fun and satisfying. I love that the canvas is on a frame with the hook available so your picture is ready to hang. I had plenty of clearly labeled paint, the two different size paint brushes were just right, and the included "map" with all the numbers and an included picture of my end result made it easy to problem solve. I felt like a real artist when I stood back and examined my work. I do love my dogs and the finished painting makes me absolutely giddy with happiness. The seller is very responsive to any questions or concerns. The response time was less than a day. The attached pictures are of the original photo, and the finished 16 x 20 painting. I've never done this before and I was not rushing. It took me 20-30 hours to complete. I did purchase an inexpensive art easel to make the painting process easier.*Revised March 2021. Just completed my 2nd Paint-by-number. I was not quite as impressed by my second one. I was disappointed by the washed out, muted colors that were included in this kit. I took this as an opportunity to get creative and use colors in different ways than the kit specified. The seller probably would have fixed it if I had contacted them. Instead I jumped right in trusting that it was more of a printing issue than a paint issue. No, it was indeed a paint issue. The colors just weren't as vibrant as I wanted. If you don't like the print, do yourself a favor and contact the seller right away before you invest hours of your time into the project.
