The front seal that was supplied with the roof was not easy to get to conform to the contour (90° bends) of the OEM front header. After one ride the seal is slipping off the header in spots and looks like crap. The seal is not a good fit, the 'U' portion that is supposed to slip over the edge of the front OEM header is too small. .2.) The 2 mounting holes at the front of the roof panel were not drilled to the correct diameter to allow the plastic washers to fit, had to ream out the holes. Not even close! It should be worth about $75.00 . I am not one of those people that writes reviews and constantly complains, honestly I think this is my first one.The thing that caught my eye with this particular roof was how it fitted into the stock RZR visor for that OEM style look. I great feature other roofs didn't have. When they ran out of stock, I even waited for it to come back in stock. However, when I opened up the box....................completely soft, flexible, cheap plastic, to the point where it almost feels like rubber. I swear to you, I could probably fold this thing into 3 or 4 pieces. Not only that, but the holes in the roof are too big, so that the washers don't even cover the wholes, so water will get in. No sealant proved for the front where the roof fits into the visor, so again, water will get in. Finally, with the roof being so soft, I have a real concern that over time the roof will begin to sag in the middle.I don't know how people gave this 4 stars, I also don't know how they can say "plastic hard roof". Should honestly be false advertisement. I regret buying this, and wish that I bought the 7BLACKSMITHS Aluminum Roof. I hope you all read this and I might honestly take it off and try to return it.
