Try a specific carpet cleaner. **Q: Will it become clogged if you don't use distilled water ? ( anyone used it for 1 year+ on tap water ? )** A: Never used distilled water used for 3 years!! Never clogged up, but might clog a bit in a very high limescale area. I would just run/pump a vinegar solution through it if it did. **Q: If you add detergent into the tank, would it be broken? or would it be still alright?** A: Do not add any chemicals they are not designed to get hot ask zoflora they are designed for cold only and no idea if dangerous vapours are released once heated. **Q: Does this come with a warranty at all? All in all a fabulous buy! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good steam mop *by K***S on 12 October 2023* I chose this rather than buy another Vileda steam mop which I found uncomfortable to use and didn't stand up on it's own - more annoying than you'd think believe me. Assembly is very simple for this item, just plug in the stem and handle and it's "built". You then just need to add water, put on one of the two mats provided and plug in. You have to pump the handle to get the water moving and it steams up in under a minute. Whilst I was expecting more steam, it does do a good job on laminate and tiles as shown by the dirty pad which is easily washable.
