Miraculous!! - I've had CFS/ME for almost 20 years, and in the last few years have developed extremely bad, lengthy headaches in response to certain foods (i.e. dairy, soy, refined sugar, or anything with monosodium glutamate in it). So I bought these with limited hope they would help but much to my surprise they actually *DO* work, and work exceptionally well. Until recently, any of the "danger" foods I mentioned above would have caused me disabling headaches that lasted on average 3-to-4 days. Unbearable to say the least. So these supplements have been nothing short of a miracle for me and I couldn't be more grateful. I'm now able to tolerate and enjoy some of the foods that used to cause me awful discomfort and pain.
