I suppose most places consider caffeine in cocoa to be "trace" and so not requiring listing. But if it helps, 1T ground coffee contains approximately 225mg caffeine, while 1T cocoa powder contains approximately 12mg caffeine. This is assuming both are concentrated, unadulterated powder. So you would have less than 12mg caffeine per T of this cocoa, since it has several other ingredients. I can't answer the part about Tannic acid though. When ordering, i put "Cacafe coconut coffee" in the amazon search engine and since it was my first time ordering or trying coconut coffee, i really didnt notice that i was ordering the cocoa instead of the coffee so i was really bummed when it showed up being the cocoa...but, my fault i guess for not reading more carefully.
