Review: Yummy! - Ok.. I love my flax seed.. I am hooked. I also am new to using it.. I have had wheat germ before.. But I think I prefer this more. I made blueberry muffins ..added some flax seed to the batter ..also a bit on top..it was just the right flavor..added almost a nut flavor.I liked it more so ..because it's milled.. That it's fine and will also be great in smoothies and topping yogurt..can't wait to try it... It has alot of good health benefits. If anything... It tastes good. I have taken Flax Seed for many years. Mostly used the Trader Joe's product. I ran out of Trader Joe's, and was in grocery store...bought this brand (much more expensive, but didn't want to make a second trip to TJ's) Well, the difference in product was extraordinary. I noticed it immediately. I put it in yogurt, and the taste was amazing, and it looked brighter. I started looking at the ingredients, etc. This product is organic AND COLD MILLED. TJ's is not COLD milled. That is probably this difference. I'm paying more and buying this brand from now on. They also have boxes of individual packets, which I buy for when I'm on travel. I had a Natural Path Doctor tell me years ago that Flax Seed taken daily can prevent many cancers.
