I accidentally broken my ankle last year and now prior to running, I do need to warm up my legs. This bike has all of the features that I need. Great solid machine! No complaints ! A+ ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ easily adjust the speed and the strength of this bike. *by G***C on Reviewed in the United States on May 29, 2019* Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  This indoor cycling bike is heavier than I expected , it also require me to install it myself. This is the least thing I like to do , luckily, it came with a very detail installation manual. It only took me a hour to got it done. After I done with everything, my mom can’t wait to try it. She had gained 20lbs since she gave birth to me and my brother. She have been try every kind of sports, but none of those exercise she can last for 10 minutes. I didn’t expect her to use the bike more than 20 minutes a day. But , she was there almost an hour for her first ride. It is incredible. You can easily adjust the speed and the strength of this bike. My mom was start sweating after 20 minutes. It seems like a brought her a perfect weight loss equipment. Furthermore, her sell phone and iPad can be placed on the handle of the bicycle . She can enjoy her favorite tv show while exercising. She can also put her water. Bottle on the bottom. She did have to stop in the middle to get some water. I hope she can stick to this bike and successfully lose her weight. ### ⭐ Don’t buy *by E***T on Reviewed in the United States on January 29, 2020* Seat and handlebars were bent when the package arrived. The bike is still usable but the company has not responded to my request for replacements. I would not buy this bike again because of a few poorly designed parts: 1. One pedal is 1/2 inch farther from the central axis of the bike...yeah the bike is not symmetrical. I don’t use the foot holsters so I can position one foot farther out on the pedal to compensate. 2. The seat does not go back far enough. I am only 5’6” and I am sitting almost on top of the pedals forcing me to support my weight with my legs while seated. I only do 20-30 minutes max and my thighs are super sore because of this while bikes at the gym don’t do this to me. 3. The calorie meter is fake. On my bike it counts calories by number of rotation of the pedals regardless of resistance! 4. There are a bunch of other small design flaws, everything is slightly bent one way or the other instead of being straight, the red plastic sticks to the seat support pole when changing heights sometimes. The digital display cycles through on a mode that changes the display every few seconds. Even if your hands are on the pulse meter the whole time, the cycle does not stay long enough to show your pulse. The pulse reading starts out around 70 and takes a minute to average up to your actual pulse. The only way to accurately read your pulse is while not on display cycling mode.I’ve been trying to figure out how this bike was made this way. I think the parts were all errors that were poorly designed or slightly messed up from a factory making a better bike than this.
