I combine it very lightly on my wrists and neck under my perfume. If you want results I can tell you this seems 5x better than my last pheromone purchase. I will ALWAYS have a bottle. I tried this for 5 days I did not attract not 1 gentlemen , not even a compliment on the smell from anyone, which did not last long, bottle is the size of small eye drop container. Will say it doesn't smell too bad. Was very disappointed cause other reviews states its wonderful
